Pakistan Overseas Forum has been serving communities through a wide range of welfare and development initiatives. Its efforts include providing free legal aid to overseas Pakistanis, educational scholarships for deserving students, free IT education, technical employment opportunities, employment rickshaws, grocery stores, sewing machines for widows, and support for farmers. The organization has also arranged mass marriages, installed clean water plants and deep-water taps, carried out plantation campaigns, promoted healthy sports, organized free medical camps, and implemented disability rehabilitation programs. In addition, it has undertaken flood relief and rehabilitation for affected families, facilitated the repatriation of deceased overseas Pakistanis, secured the release of prisoners at home and abroad, supported overseas voting rights, worked for peace in the district, and advocated for the establishment of a university to improve educational opportunities.
